### Event Schedule and Participation Areas

Mark your calendars for Friday, December 6th, when the action kicks off between 18:00 to 20:00 CET (that’s 17:00 to 19:00 in the UK). If you’re based in countries like Austria, Belgium, or any of the other listed European nations, you’re in luck! Players in these regions can dive into the competition, with the exception of some distant territories like the Azores and Svalbard archipelago, which might face connectivity issues.

### How to Join

To jump into the fray, you’ll need a Nintendo Account set for one of the eligible countries and an active Nintendo Switch Online membership—be it a paid plan or a free trial. Ensure you have the game, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, ready on your Nintendo Switch. Once you’re geared up, navigate through the main game menu, select “Online”, and head into “Official Tourney Qualifiers” to start battling.

### Scoring System

The Tourney score is a special rating system for these exclusive events, designed to measure your skill based on match results and the scores of your opponents. You can check your progress anytime during the event directly in the game. Feel free to play as many matches as you want within the event window to boost your score; even matches starting within the timeframe will count if they conclude afterward.

### Rewards for the Top Competitors

The ten players boasting the highest Tourney scores will each snag 2,500 My Nintendo Gold Points. Not too shabby, right? Plus, those rounding out the top 100 will earn 1,000 Gold Points each. Remember, if you switch your location setting to a non-eligible country during the event or prize distribution, you risk disqualification. Also, maintaining fair play is crucial—cheating or exploiting bugs can lead to disqualification and possible suspensions of accounts.

### Prize Distribution

Expect your well-deserved rewards to arrive straight into your Nintendo Account within a couple of weeks after the event wraps up. You can verify your Gold Points in your My Nintendo Point Log once logged in.
