Alright, let’s dive right into the beautiful chaos that is this update business. So, outta nowhere on May 13—because why not—those wizards at Raven Software threw a curveball by stretching this High Art event. Yeah, till May 22 now. Just to mess with our calendars a bit more, I guess.
Here’s the thing, though: they fiddled with all this aim-down-sights jazz that seemed to have players moving like they were underwater… or something. Weird, right? Anyway, that’s fixed. I think.
Oh, and Ranked Play? Yeah, they decided to swap out Fire Sale for Restock in circle three. Don’t ask me why — I mean, was Fire Sale getting stale or what? They’ve also restricted emotes. Yep, emotes are apparently way too OP for Ranked Play now. Something about fairness or whatever.
In case anyone missed it, back on May 1, Season 3 Reloaded crashed the Verdansk party with some new digs — Train Station opened up with more doors than a funhouse, and that Rebirth Island motorbike swooped over to Verdansk. High Value Loot Zones? Check. Big Game Bounties and Train Recon Contracts? Double check. It’s like a buffet of chaos and contracts.
Yet, amidst the madness (or perhaps because of it), the High Art event dangles its bling like the “Fired Up” Seth Rogen operator skin — no kidding — and all those Double XP tokens and weapon blueprints. Anybody excited? Just me? Alright.
Now, circling back to all that bug-fixing: revive times no longer drag on like an awkward silence, there’s a nifty fix to that broken “How Prestige Works” button ‘cause pressing it was like poking a sleeping bear, and operator voice-overs aren’t yammering without reason now. Bless their hearts for fixing the chaos.
All in all, it’s a patchwork quilt of digital excitement, and we get to run wild with it until May 22. So, go forth and conquer — or, you know, get distracted by zombies in the Gulag. Your call.
