Okay, so there’s this game — Dysmantle, ever heard of it? Apparently, it’s been like, a wild success. Over two million copies sold! Crazy, right? Yeah, this info is coming straight from the folks at 10tons. They’re the brains behind it, and they’ve been counting sales since it officially hit the scene back in November 2021. But hang on, it was out in Early Access for a year before that, which, honestly, feels like forever.
Oh, and get this, you can play it on pretty much anything — PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, you name it. Even your phone, because why not, right? What’s funny is they haven’t said how those sales break down per platform. Maybe they don’t even know. Or care. Hard to say.
To celebrate this two million milestone, they’re doing something special. A physical copy is dropping — remember those? — for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Sampo Töyssy, who helps run 10tons, had some stuff to say about it. Something about how they’re super grateful, and seriously, who wouldn’t be at two million?
But here’s where it gets a bit iffy. They wanted to release this physical edition in the US too, but — surprise, surprise — stuff got complicated. So, as of now, no US release confirmed. Bummer, right? Anyway, they’re hoping people can still snag a copy if they really want one. Fingers crossed for the fans, I guess.
