In "Unknown 9: Awakening," you play as Haroona, a Quaestor with the fascinating ability to enter a mysterious dimension overlapping our reality, known as the Fold. On her journey to unlock powerful secrets, Haroona learns to wield her connection to the Fold, channeling its energy into our world. However, she’s not the only one interested in such powers. A breakaway faction named the Ascendants aims to use the Fold to reshape human history, and they have their sights set on Haroona.
